Refund Policy

At Wise Owl Careers, we are committed to providing high-quality career consultancy services. We understand that circumstances may change and we strive to ensure a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session free of charge, provided the request is made at least 3 hours before the original appointment time.

2. Plan Completion Policy

Plans (The Application Success Package, The Interview Mastery Package, The All-in-One Career Success Package) must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

 

It is the responsibility of the client to schedule and complete all sessions within this timeframe.

 

3. Technical Issues or Service Disruptions

  • If the session cannot be completed due to technical difficulties from our side, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • If technical issues occur on your side, we encourage you to contact us promptly. Refunds in these cases will be at our discretion.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at tuba@wiseowlcareers.com. Refunds for emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email us at tuba@wiseowlcareers.com with your name, booking details and reason for the refund request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and credited to your original payment method.
