Rescheduling and Late Arrivals
We understand that plans may change. You can reschedule your session free of charge if you provide at least 3 hours' notice. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
